How to Source Organic Foods/Products with Cristy House on December 5th (Part 1)

This is Part 1 of a two part series. 

Preparation: Are you finding your journey on the all-natural/real foods/organic/grass-fed/pastured/gluten-free/local/fair trade path is getting to be expensive?  Are you interested in buying in bulk to reduce costs, but have are worried about things spoiling, paying shipping?  Are you looking for local sourcing options?  How much
Tumeric can a person actually use?  At the meeting, we will be discussing options and placing group orders.  There is zero pressure to buy anything.  Orders will be placed with Country Life Natural Foods, NaturOli, Bulk Herb Store, and an essential herb store (TBD). Please look at these sites ahead of time.

Please check out these sites in advance and bring a tablet/smartphone/laptop to the group discussion if possible.  Please bring a list of the groceries you are looking to find cheaper/source locally. If you know of local raw dairy, grass-fed meat, and other whole foods providers, please bring their contact information and
prices.

At the open house, I will have some homemade personal care product recipes like toothpaste for people to try.  I am not selling any of the products, but people can buy the ingredients.  Please bring your own containers for bulk foods to the open house.  I will have a scale.

I also currently have Great Lakes Grass Fed Beef Gelatin ($16/lb), Organic Fair Trade Vanilla Beans (10/$5), and Cheese Making/Brewing Supplies from Midwest Brewing (who wants to buy a whole bottle of
something when you just need a 1/4 teaspoon of tannin, rennet, citric acid...?).
